For 2018-2019, Dr. Linda Vigdor (Associate Director of Proposal Development at the ASRC) will be offering proposal development bootcamps/writing groups for convergence, inter- or cross-disciplinary proposals

A: Sept-October 2018:
Convergence Research Workshop participants interested in submitting to NSF’s Dear Colleague opportunity (due Oct 15) may be invited to join a dedicated proposal writing bootcamp for this call.

B: Late fall 2018 – early February 2019 (dates subject to change)
Bootcamp / writing groups for CUNY faculty to develop proposals with a convergence, inter- or cross-disciplinary, or team science focus/design. Example funding opportunities to consider include:

• NSF “Growing Convergence Research” initial proposals that are invited to submit full proposals
• NSF ERC’s
• Other NSF proposals as relevant
